Fitzpatrick, family doctors, Professor Corris and team, ward 29 at the Freeman Hospital, doctors and staff of the CCU Wansbeck Hospital, friends and neighbours for all the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement. Also for the many cards, letters of condolence, the beautiful floral tributes and Geoff Doyle for the funeral arrangements.
